Second Letter from Saigon, Vietnam
Dear Brethren :
It's our 3rd day in Saigon, and we are moving to Pnom Penh,Cambodia this noon.
Some tips about Vietnam.
1. Vietnam is a Marxist-Communist state which is moving to market economy
because the communists leaders know, to their surprise, that Marxist economics
does not work for progress, and it is equivalent to economic stagnancy. Vietnam
leaders wish to pattern their economic model to China's state capitalism.. Shame t
Marxist-Communist economists in the Philippines.
2. I met a few Filipinos who are working here. One is Mr. V, who is a restaurant
manager. His wife is also working here. Another is Mrs. A, an architect; her
husband is working here. There is a Little Manila Restaurant in the 3rd floor
of EDEN Building, near the New World Hotel, along Ben Tham Road. This
area where we are has many presentable hotels ranging from US17 to US$30..
You just have to select accdg. to your budget. But hotel rooms are big.
3. I'm on mission from the Lord in this trip, as always. I'm "building" a
"Road of Itinerant Evangelists" called MERCADO ROAD (Mission for
Evangelism Revival thru Cooperation in the ASEAN DOmain Road ) - f
rom China to Batam, Indonesia (initial road plan). It is similar in concept
to the Marco Polo Road or the Silk Road, but this time, the purpose of this
road is evangelism and discipleship
for participating Filipino, American, and European itinerant evangelists.
THIS IS A VISION AND I AM CALLED BY THE COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF
TO WORK THIS OUT. (MATHHEW 28:18-20; ACTS 1:7-8)
