Letter from Pnom Penh, Cambodia

Dear June and everyone,

Romy and I arrived here in Pnom Penh, the capital, last night.
We crossed the border at 6 PM and arrived here at almost 10 PM.
We are staying near the Royal Palace where we went to before. Do you remember the palace near the river?
It took us seven hours to reach Pnom Penh from Saigon. We crossed the Mekong River at night by barge and went through the killing fields.
This afternoon, we visited the National University of Management (NUM)near the Raffles Royal Le Hotel (similar to Manila Hotel in standing), and the Royal University of Pnom Penh(RUPP).
I had time to talk to several students in RUPP, and to go around their campus by using a borrowed bike from one of them.

I"m having difficulty typing because Im using a wrong eyeglass. I'll write you again. Love to you and our children. I bought all of you beautiful embroidered t-shirts in Saigon.

Bert
