A Letter from Saigon,Vietnam

March 8,2009

To Brod Jiger, Brod Bong, Brod Rey, Brod William, Brod Larry, all brods and sisses,

If Sigma Rhoans and DLS will live the principles and the code of loyalty of the Sigma Rho Fraternity and the DLS , the Philippines will have good leadership and will be an epitome of national progress in the ASEAN Region and beyond.

And so, as a Sigma Rhoan, I will challenge the Filipino voters by asking them
what do they want for themselves and for our country.

Thus, the FIVE QUESTIONS during the 2010 Presidential Campaign :

1. Do you want to have an honest, righteous, God-fearing government leadership
which will create more jobs and increase family income, business growth,
and government revenues?

2. Do you want to abolish the Personal Income Tax and the Tax on
inherited lands ?

3. Do you want free college and university education with student allowance?

4. Do you want to remove the EVAT on gasoline, oil, diesel, power, electricity, water,
food and medicine?

5. Do you want to see the national debt solved so that you, your children, and grand-
children will have a bright future?

As followers of Christ(Isa in Arabic), we want to stamp out poverty(Matthew Chapter 25). But we can only do this when we win. If the Filipino voters will answer YES to these five questions, then they should support, campaign, and vote for me and my team, because once we win , we will do these things for the people and for the glory of God.

This is not just the campaign of Bishop Bert Mercado, the Sigma Rhoan, This must be the campaign of every Filipino who loves his race and homeland, and everyone who loves God who is concerned for the poor everywhere in this world.

The Lord Jesus said : "I was hungry and you gave Me food, I was thirsty and yougave Me drink, I was naked and you clothed Me, I was sick and you cared for Me, I was in prison and you visited Me.." (Please read Matthew Chapter 25). Thus, government, which isan institution founded by God, but corrupted by sin and Satan, should be won back to God.
This is the challenge of tomorrow!
Kindly FORWARD THIS LETTER TO YOUR E-MAIL FRIENDS. Thanks and God bless you.
